We schedule our workouts early — because our body tells time by activity. Early morning exercise is strong cue that (re)trains your cells to burn carbs better, taps into stored body fat, increases sleep drive at night (3, 2, 4, 5), and creates more energy during the day (13, 17).

Strength training is a basic skill, everyday routine a basic part of a healthy lifestyle that you should never need to pay a professional to help you do forever — you can totally workout without being told what to do.
