And let me just say, I agree: we’re here for a good time, not a long time — the last thing we want is to keep going on and off carb-counting, calorie-tracking challenges the rest of our life.

But I was dealing with bloat, breakouts, low energy, hair loss, pms, constantly -/+ 20lbs — which doctors said was “normal” and the wellness industry said “eat less, exercise more” to fix.
