So honestly, we just couldn’t take it anymore… we couldn’t sit back watching everyday Americans so overwhelmed with health tips & tricks that they tried anything “natural” to see what sticks, struggling to get results that last because they were worried about the wrong things, trying to do it all, or didn’t know where else to start.

And so, we poured our heart into the research (and used a lot of common sense) to create A Realistic, Root-Cause Approach to Real Food — because we’ve seen how much less stressful taking care of your body is when you know what foods are most important & how to make them happen so you can feel your best without getting it all right.

An everyday American wife, mama, and diet cult dropout.

Here’s what you don’t need: another life-sucking, carb-counting, calorie-tracking diet to feel or function better than you are right now. (been there, done that). Like almost every other woman I’ve met, I was dealing with bloat, breakouts, heavy painful periods, hair loss, brain fog, weight gain, and all these little things that doctors told me was “normal” or the food industry told me to “eat less, exercise more” to fix.

It wasn’t until I started asking WHYI are so many of us “eating less, exercising more” following diets and detoxes to heal

It wasn’t until I started asking “Why?” am I gaining weight, breaking out, or insecure that I realized diets aren’t designed to solve our problems; instead, they’re designed to make our symptoms worse overtime & keep us coming back for whatever they come out with next. That’s when I threw rules out the window, stopped relying on anyone else to tell me the truth, weighed out all my options to decide what’s best for me & stressed less about the rest!

I saw so many of us constantly following diets or detoxes, eating less and exercising more, and because ___ and we were too overwhelmed to figure out what would actually help and do it on their own — that was a raging red flag to me. It meant the food industry & healthcare system I trusted was making big promises to help but never got rid of our problems for good so we come back with the same problems (or more), desperate for whatever product or program they sell us next.

WARNING: most “solutions” are the problem.

WAR you noticed? Diets & detoxes never give you results that last — because they’re trashing your biology, making it harder for your body to feel and function it’s best. If we never learn how our body works & what it needs, then we’ll always cave back into trendy programs & products for longterm results they don’t want us to have. The good news: supporting your biology your body’s basic needs makes the biggest difference, and we don’t need to do it perfectly.
