We’re fans of functional labs & optimal ranges — but they’re 100% optional.

We agree: “test don’t guess” — but many of us aren’t even meeting our body’s bare minimum, relying on expensive labs for answers we don’t need to pay for. 45-minute full-body workouts, together, 3 times per week, and bundled as a 4-week package on purpose — to teach you as we train, show you how to simplify your workouts without me by your side, and build the confidence you need to be consistent on your own. the benefits of building muscle (besides a six pack or booty). Only equipment required: dumbbells. Available at home, in gym, or outdoors for beginner or intermediate levels.
